A chat you have to remember to open cannot start the window, cannot notice a missed day, and will not stay on the full list unless you keep shoving it. That is the product.
Chat is there. The spine is the locked plan and the scored check-in. The model does not get to restart the week because you opened a new thread.
They make it sharper. The ritual works with a Goal Forge plan alone.
