By accessing or using Flovy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Syndax, a company registered in India ("we", "us", "our"). Flovy is the product name. The Service is available at flovy.ai and associated subdomains.
Flovy AI is an AI-powered personal productivity coach that integrates with your calendar, notes, and other productivity tools to provide personalized coaching, scheduling insights, and actionable recommendations. The Service includes: • AI Coach Chat. Conversational coaching powered by artificial intelligence. • Calendar Integration. Read-only access to your Google Calendar events. • Notion Integration. Read-only access to Notion pages you explicitly select. • Proactive Briefings. AI-generated coaching summaries delivered periodically. • Journal. A view of your synced Notion notes within the Flovy dashboard.
To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must: • Provide accurate and complete information • Be at least 13 years of age • Not create accounts for others without their permission • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written consent • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (Google Calendar, Notion). By connecting these services, you authorize Flovy AI to access data from those services as described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that: • We access only the data scopes you explicitly authorize • You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings • Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies • We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services • Disconnecting a service will remove associated data from our systems
The AI Coach provides suggestions, insights, and recommendations based on your data and general knowledge. You acknowledge that: • AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise) • The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses • You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any AI-generated suggestions • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the coaching features • The quality of coaching depends on the data and context you provide
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Syndax and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create or import into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. We may change or retire a plan with reasonable notice. New accounts include a 14-day Pro trial. You are not charged for the trial. If you do not choose a paid plan before the trial ends, the account stays on the Free plan. Flovy is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. Access is unlocked in the web app after payment. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Free accounts may have limits on features and usage. Cancellation You may cancel at any time from Settings, or by emailing hello@flovy.ai. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not extend access after that date. Refunds The 14-day trial is how you try paid features before any charge. After a paid charge: • Monthly plans. The current month is not refunded. Cancel to stop the next charge. • Annual plans. If you email us within 14 days of the annual charge, we refund the unused portion after subtracting one month at the monthly equivalent. After those 14 days you may still cancel. Access continues until the annual period ends. We do not refund the remainder in cash. • Duplicate charges, a charge we made in error, or a paid period where we failed to give you access are refunded in full. • We may refuse a refund if the account was used in a way that is abusive or against these Terms. To request a refund, email hello@flovy.ai from the account email and include the date of the charge. We aim to reply within five business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. If you open a chargeback before contacting us, we may share these Terms and relevant account records with the payment provider.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in Settings or by contacting us at hello@flovy.ai. We may suspend or terminate your account if: • You violate these Terms of Use • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity • Your account has been inactive for an extended period • We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice) Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNDAX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syndax, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email or an in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts that have authority over Syndax's registered office in India.
